We recommend you attend 2-3 classes per week to see optimal results, however, the more you attend, the better. Our memberships are based on unlimited access to all our (Capoeira) classes.

Mini Capoeira is 45 minutes in length where kids begin to develop their motor skills and coordination with the goal of preparing them for our Kids program. Class is taught through fun and enteractive games and activities and parents are encouraged to participate/help their Mini until they are able to follow along in the class on their own.

Kids Capoeira is a 60 minute class where children will progress through all the aspects of Capoeira (martial-art, dance, acrobatics, music, language and more). The class consists of a warm-up, basic movement recaps, sequence training, partner work, and will sometimes end with educational games to help them further develop their skills. Strengthening exercises, stretches, music and singing is also incorporated into class. All classes are held in a safe and friendly environment with a healthy mix of fun/games & hard work.

Adults Capoeira classes range from 60-120 minutes (most are 60 minutes). Beginners are taught the basic fundamentals of the art until they are able to progress through more advanced moves including take-downs and flips. Students are encouraged to progress at their own pace and only attempt moves they feel comfortable with.
Classes cover a range of exercises including (but not limited to) warm-up, stretches, strengthening exercises, basics, cartwheels and acrobatics, music, singing, pad-work, partner/solo drills.

For Capoeira, wear comfortable and breathable WHITE pants (no shorts or jeans please) and t-shirt / top of any color.
If you do not have white pants, we can loan you a clean pair for $5.

We offer 1, 6 and 12-month membership options. Our memberships range in price depending on how many months you sign up for. Drop-in class is $25 for your first time and $30 thereafter, however, our monthly memberships are a much better value. Contact us or book a class to find out more.

Yes, but most are optional. Once you first join, a uniform must be purchased and must be worn for ALL classes. Besides that, we host events in which we encourage all members to participate, but it’s optional. Such events include parties, camps, sleep-overs, movie nights, competitions, and belt ceremonies.

Yes. Every year we host our Annual Batizado in which students can receive their first belt and progress through our belt system. Students will be evaluated for their skills, attendance and focus levels.
